The Pasco County Housing Authority (PCHA) is accepting Senior (62+)/Disabled USDA Housing waiting list applications for apartments at Dade Oaks Elderly apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of October, 2021, until further notice.
To apply during the opening period, print the paper application. Select a community link under the "Applications for USDA Housing" section.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
