This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Port Orchard, Kingston and Bremerton, Washington.
The Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority on behalf of Housing Kitsap (HK) last accepted Low Income Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) waiting list applications for Conifer Woods, Kingston Ridge Apartments and Park Place Apartments from April 15, 2024, until April 19, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either: Returned in person at each community’s management office or at the Housing Kitsap main office.
Preferences have not been confirmed.
It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
