Heritage Apartments and Viewmont East Apartments, Project Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) Project-Based Waiting List is Closed as of July 2024. The waiting list was last open in April 2024 and remains closed.

The Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority on behalf of Housing Kitsap (HK) last accepted Projected Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) waiting list applications for Heritage Apartments and Viewmont East Apartments from April 15, 2024, until April 19, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Heritage Apartments
• Viewmont East Apartments

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open,

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application for each property.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either: Returned in person at each community’s management office or at the Housing Kitsap main office.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
