The Rockford Housing Authority (RHA) Project Based waiting list for all bedroom sizes is currently closed. Applications were last accepted until September 16, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to open and print the paper application online.

Project Based has preferences for: Near-Elderly, Elderly, Displaced by Natural Disaster, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Veterans, Working/Employed, Job Training or Higher Education, Homeless, Displaced by Government Action, Disabled. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
