The Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo (HASLO) waiting list for apartments at Paso Homekey is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from February 16, 2020, until 300 applications were received. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the HASLO this waiting list was only for "people experiencing or at risk of homelessness"

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

  • Homeless: 1 Person $33,950 | 2 Persons $38,800
  • At risk of being homeless: 1 Person $20,400 | 2 Persons $23,300

This waiting list had the following preferences:

  • Homeless or At Risk of Homelessness
  • Resident of the North County of San Luis Obispo
  • Working with one of SLO County’s homeless services agencies
  • Veteran status

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
