The South Metro Housing Options (SMHO) is accepting Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list applications for 1, 2, and 3-Bedroom apartments at Powers Circle Apartments since at least July, 2017, until further notice.
To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
