The Winter Park Housing Authority (WPHA) waiting lists for other apartment communities are currently open, since at least December 18, 2018, until further notice.

To apply, download and print the application online. Select the "View apartments" link for a community without the "Public Housing" tag.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be:

  1. Mailed to the address of the apartment for which the applicant is applying, as listed on the application.
  2. Dropped off at the management office of the apartment for which the applicant is applying, as listed on the application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

Other Communities has preferences for: Preferences Unconfirmed. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
