Town Center Senior Manor Senior Waiting List opened on December 1, 2018 and will close on June 17, 2021.

The Regional Housing Authority (RHA) Senior (62+) waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Town Center Senior Manor is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least December, 2018, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the application that is available online here. The application is available in English and Spanish

This waiting list may have any of the following preferences:

• Homeless household (for Public Housing waiting lists only)
• Families with at least one adult working
  • Families with at least one adult working 6 months. Extended to elderly families and family with hoh or spouse with permanent disability receiving income.
• Family who lives in Sutter Nev Col Yuba
  • Resident who lives in Sutter, Nevada, Colusa, or Yuba Counties
• Household member is veteran or service person
• Involuntary Displaced
  • Involuntary displacement due to government action, action of housing owner, inaccessibility, property disposition.
• Victim of Domestic Violence
  • Victim of Domestic Violence within the previous 6 months
