The Altoona Housing Authority (AHA) is accepting Senior 50+ Public Housing waiting list applications for 1 and 2-bedroom apartments at Eleventh Street/Green Avenue Towers Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of October 9, 2023, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

  1. Call (814) 949-2011 to request an application.
  2. Pick up an application at the Eleventh Street Tower Office located at 1100 Eleventh St, Altoona, PA 16602, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Tuesday & Thursday.
