The Ashland County Housing Authority (ACHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The ACHA has Public Housing sites in the following towns: Glidden, Mellen, and Butternut, WI.The ACHA offers one Public Housing community with 40 units for families and senior/disabled households, with only one bedroom units that allow a two-person occupancy maximum.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the ACHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 124 Wilderness Drive, Mellen, Wisconsin 54546, during normal office hours.
  2. Download a pre-application online here, located at the top of the page, then print and complete.
