The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis (HACA) Public Housing waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for two weeks from August until September, 2018; and before that in June, 2017. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were four ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Download and print the application online.
  2. Complete the application at any of the HACA Public Housing management offices.
  3. Complete the application at the HACA office.
  4. Pick up an application at the HACA office.

Once the application has been completed, it must have been:

  1. Mailed to the HACA office or any of the public housing management offices. Mailed applications must be postmarked by September 6, 2018, or it will not be accepted.
  2. Dropped off at the HACA office, or at any of the HACA Public Housing management offices.

This waiting list had the following preferences:  Persons Who Live or Work Locally, Veterans, Homeless, Working/Employed, Victims of Domestic Violence, and Those Displaced by Government Action.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
