The Pekin City Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and elderly/disabled individuals.


This Housing Authority offers six apartment communities:


Golden Arms is a 46 unit  unit complex located in Pekin, IL.
Broadway Apartments is a 100 unit complex with 1-4 bedrooms.
Makinaw Apartments is an 8 unit complex located in Makinaw, IL.
Meadow View Apartments is a 12 unit complex located in South Pekin, IL.
Park Ridge Estates is a 50 unit complex that offers 1-2 bedrooms located in Pekin, IL.


To apply for public housing please visit their webstie at www.pekinhousing.com to download, print, and complete an application.


Once the application has been completed you must hand deliver it to the Housing Authority office located at 1901 Broadway St., Pekin, IL 61554, Monday-Friday during normal business hours.  Be sure to bring original birth certificates, social security cards, and proof of income when dropping off your application.
