To apply for public housing you must visit the office to pick up an application located at 131 Hillside Terrace, Anna, IL, during normal business hours. 


Once you have completed the application it must be hand delivered to the above address.  At that time you will have an interview to complete the application process.  Be sure to have originals of birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income and photo IDs for all adults in the household.
