The Lockport Housing Authority (LHA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom, Senior and Disabled Public Housing apartments at Autumn Gardens Apartments, Willow Gardens Apartments, and The Spires is currently open. Pre-applications are being accepted since at least July 2019, until further notice.

  • Autumn Gardens Apartments is located at 788-828 East High Street, Lockport, NY 14094.
  • Willow Gardens Apartments is located at 284-288 Willow Street, Lockport, NY 14094.
  • The Spires is located at 45 Ontario Street,  Lockport, NY 14094.

To apply during the opening period, download and print the paper pre-application online. Select the "One-bedroom Application" link under the Quick Links section.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be returned to the LHA main office, located at 301 Michigan St, PO Box 344, Lockport, NY 14095 between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm ET.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

    • Documentation Required: Order of Protection, Police Report, or Verification from a Domestic Violence Shelter
  • Involuntary Displacement
    • Documentation Required: Condemnation letter from Code Enforcement or verification of a natural disaster
