OPEN: Oconto Housing Authority is currently open and does not have a predetermined closing date.

The Oconto Housing Authority (OHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The OHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The OHA offers one Public Housing community with 74 units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the OHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 407 Arbutus Avenue, Oconto, WI 54153, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling 920-834-3003 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The OHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, visit the OHA website, or call the office at (920) 834-3003 during normal office hours.
