The Peninsula Housing Authority (PHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications.

The PHA offers 10 Public Housing communities, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.

There are two ways to apply:

  1. Pick up an application at the PHA office, located at 2603 S. Francis St, Port Angeles, WA 98362, during normal office hours.
  2. Download and print the application online.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address above. No documents are needed at this time.

Please note: You must check in with the housing authority every month to keep your name on the waiting list by calling 360-452-7631.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Displaced by government action, displaced by natural disaster, terminally ill, homeless, employed at least 20 hours a week, enrolled in an educational training program, elderly, disabled.

Peninsula Housing Authority Public Housing Applicant Preferences

Peninsula Housing Authority has preferences for: Elderly, Displaced by Natural Disaster, Working/Employed, Job Training or Higher Education, Homeless, Displaced by Government Action, Disabled. Preferences are not required but Public Housing applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
