This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Caroline, Fauquier, King George, Spotsylvania, Stafford Counties and the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia.
The Central Virginia Housing Coalition (CVHC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on a limited basis for one day only on March 29, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
Please note: According to the VH public notice, "The waiting list is only open to applicants that have at least one family member who is between the ages of 18 and 61, has a disability and meets at least one of the following requirements:
