The Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority (ARHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications will be accepted from January 11, 2021 at 8:00 am, until January 13, 2021 at 11:59 pm ET.
The Municipal Housing Agency of Council Bluffs (MHACB) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications will be accepted from December 18, 2020 at 9:00 am CT, until further notice.
Section 8 vouchers can be moved to another area.
Once certain conditions are met, a Section 8 voucher may be transferred to another area (known as "porting").Luann McCarthy says:
