The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list opens in January for the first time in 13 years.
The PHA will accept applications for this waiting list online, beginning on January 23, 2023 at 6:00 am ET.
The online application will be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; until it closes on February 5, 2023 at 5:59 pm.
Applying for housing with bad credit.
Most HUD housing programs, like Section 8 and Public Housing, do not have a credit check. But Section 8 landlords will likely require one for an available unit.Josie Shivers says:
