This waiting list is for Other Senior rental housing assistance in Glendale, California.

The Housing Authority of the City of Glendale (HACG) last accepted Affordable Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments Glendale Silvercrest Residences from May 1, 2023, until May 14, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the HACG website " Applicants must be 62 years of age and older and income eligible. And Applications will only be accepted by Glendale Silvercrest Residences."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call Glendale Silvercrest Residences. 

It was not known how to submit the paper application after it was completed.

This waiting list is for Other Senior rental housing assistance in Glendale, California.

The Housing Authority of the City of Glendale (HACG) last accepted Senior Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Cypress Senior Living Apartments from November 25, 2023, until  December 18, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

  1. Email FPI to request an online application.
  2. Complete the online application.
  3. Pick up an application in person at City of Glendale office.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be:

  • Postmarked no later than December 18, 2023 and mailed to the HACG.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
