Cypress Senior Living Apartments, Studio and 1-Bedroom, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Senior Waiting List is Closed as of November 2024. The waiting list was last open in December 2023 and remains closed.

The Housing Authority of the City of Glendale (HACG) last accepted Senior Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Cypress Senior Living Apartments from November 25, 2023, until  December 18, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Email FPI to request an online application.
2. Complete the online application.
3. Pick up an application in person at City of Glendale office.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be:

• Postmarked no later than December 18, 2023 and mailed to the HACG.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
