The SPPHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from November 15, 2022, until November 21, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

  • Applicants who are extremely low income.
  • Saint Paul residents.
  • Veterans.
  • Those associated with special allocations.

2,000 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.

Open Until Further Notice: Multifamily Public Housing Waiting List

The St. Paul Public Housing Authority (SPPHA) Multifamily Public Housing program waiting list for Studio, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments is currently open.

The SPPHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from March 1, 2023 at 8:00 am CT, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery during the first week. After March 7, 2023 applications will be sorted by the date and time the application is received.
