Mt. Airy Hi-Rise is located just west of 35E, 200 E. Arch is situated within the neighborhood of Mt. Airy Family Development. Built in 1959 and remodeled in 1985, Mt. Airy is our oldest hi-rise. 200 E. Arch has 153 units and 10 floors. A variety of one and two bedroom apartment styles are available. Special apartment features include:
