This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Cumberland County, New Jersey.

Disability
- A preference for a family who includes a family member who is a person with disabilities. However, there cannot be a preference for a specific disability.
Veteran of the United States Armed Forces
- Only veterans discharged or released from active duty in the armed forces under honorable conditions are eligible for veterans' preference.
Ranking
- Any family terminated from the MHA HCV program due to insufficient program funding receives the highest selection preference. Families who qualify for a disability preference are the next highest selection preference.

300 selected applicants were placed on this waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
