The Dothan Housing Authority (DHA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for apartments at Samuel P. Crawford Village (formerly Henry Green), Jamison Village (formerly McRae Homes), Howell Senior, Kinsey Cove (formerly Johnson Homes) and Crimson Ridge (formerly Martin Homes) apartments from May 30, 2024.
To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application. Note that as of August 17, 2024, the housing authority has posted a notice that they are having technical difficulties with the online application. We are monitoring the situation and will update this waiting list when these technical difficulties have been resolved.
There are preferences, and they are listed on the application.
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
