Valor Grove is the first of its kind in the State of Alabama. VOA Southeast worked in conjunction with the Veterans Administration, Housing and Urban Development, and the Alabama Housing Finance Authority to create this beautiful facility where veterans can reside permanently and be in close proximity to services at the VA.
