The Yuma County Housing Department (YCHD) Public Housing waiting list for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2021, until further notice.
To apply during the opening period, print the paper application and supplemental form available online here. The pre-application is available in English and Spanish.
The maximum income limits for each household size are available here.
Once the application has been completed, it must be dropped off at the Yuma County Housing Department main office, located at Valley Vista Apartments, 2050 W. Main Street, Somerton, AZ 85350. Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm MT.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
