The Devonshire Apartments

The Regional Housing Authority (RHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Maple Park 1, Maple Park 2, Yolo Apartments, and Devonshire Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from July 1, 2020, until November 12, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

• Maple Park 1 is located in Live Oak, CA.
• Maple Park 2 is located in Live Oak, CA only 1-bedroom units.
• Yolo Apartments is located in Yuba City, CA, only 2-bedroom units.
• Devonshire Apartments is located in Colusa, CA, , only 2-bedroom units.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up an application from the RHA.

This waiting list may have had any of the following preferences:

• Families with at least one adult working
  • Families with at least one adult working 6 months. Extended to elderly families and family with hoh or spouse with permanent disability receiving income.
• Family who lives in Sutter Nev Col Yuba
  • Resident who lives in Sutter, Nevada, Colusa, or Yuba Counties
• Household member is veteran or service person
• Involuntary Displaced
  • Involuntary displacement due to government action, action of housing owner, inaccessibility, property disposition.
• Victim of Domestic Violence
  • Victim of Domestic Violence within the previous 6 months

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.
