"There will be a total of 80 affordable units in five garden style walk up buildings. The development will help provide farmworker housing and is in close proximity to retail shopping, schools, social service facilities, and many employment opportunities in the industries of agriculture. Unit amenities will include granite countertops, central air conditioning and heating, energy efficient appliances and premium carpeting. Common area amenities will include a community room featuring computer labs and study areas, a tot-lot, barbecue and picnic areas. Di Giorgio Family Apartments opened in the Summer of 2009."
