Located in the Westlake area of Los Angeles, Carondelet Court is within walking distance of MacArthur Park and a Metro Redline stop. Designed by Prantis Solares Studios, this 6 story contemporary building features a large, fully furnished Community Room equipped with a kitchen, media center and internet ready computers. Tenants enjoy a spacious center courtyard and rooftop terrace providing spectacular views of the city and surrounding neighborhood. Each of the 33 units are internet wired, and feature new appliances, expansive floor plans and views of the downtown skyline.
Because Carondelet Court Apartments Homes participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower.
