The floor plans for the homes range from 1 bedroom – 3 bedroom with rents ranging from $466 – $1,354 a month. These accommodations are available to people earning between 30% – 60% or lower of LA County’s median income.
The building provides many amenities available to its residents. The health center will provide medical services. Residents will also have access to computers, a community garden, resident center, and a children’s play area. These facilities will help improve the quality of life of the residents. The establishment is conveniently located 100 ft. from the Metro Expo Vermont Station in South LA providing ample transit access.
