Santa Cecilia is an exciting apartment community, located in the Boyle Heights neighborhood, East of downtown Los Angeles. This affordable housing rental community opened in June of 2017. The mixed-use building features one, two and three bedroom units for large families. The property has a fully-furnished community room, a fitness center and four resident courtyards for community gathering areas. Units features Energy Star appliances, extra storage closets and vinyl plank flooring, among other amenities. Residential parking is provided in a secured underground parking garage.
