The Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo (HACSM) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at 636 El Camino, Colma Veterans Village, Delaware Place, Delaware Pacific, Gateway, Midway Village, Newell, Redwood Oaks, Willow Terrace and Woodland is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from January 19, 2021 until February 17, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

Because Redwood Oaks Apartments participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower. Depending on the number of HOME-designated units, additional units may have even lower household income requirements and corresponding lower rent caps.
