To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list may have any of the following preferences:

Families with at least one adult working
- Families with at least one adult working 6 months. Extended to elderly families and family with hoh or spouse with permanent disability receiving income.
Family who lives in Sutter Nev Col Yuba
- Resident who lives in Sutter, Nevada, Colusa, or Yuba Counties
Household member is veteran or service person
Involuntary Displaced
- Involuntary displacement due to government action, action of housing owner, inaccessibility, property disposition.
Victim of Domestic Violence
- Victim of Domestic Violence within the previous 6 months

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.

This LIHTC property is among the most common types of affordable rental housing in the United States. The LIHTC program only provides subsidies to the building’s owner at construction. No subsidies are provided directly to the residents, but the owner must set rents affordable to low-income renters in the area. Our data suggests Stoney Creek II does not participate in any project-based rent subsidy program. This means you must earn enough to pay the full rent or have your own Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher. For that reason, LIHTC properties tend to have shorter waiting lists or even none at all.
