Some offices have drop boxes installed outside, so documents can still be hand-delivered. Visit the housing authority's website for the latest on its current operations, if one is available. Kiowa Properties are one bedroom units for eligible  applicants. Tenants will pay 30% of their gross income for rent and will be responsible for paying their electric bill. Kiowa Properties are two Victorian houses with a total of ten apartments close to downtown Colorado Springs. There are laundry rooms and off street parking.
