The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open.
The DSHA will accept applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of July 1, 2017, until March 18, 2022 at 4:30 pm ET.
Please note: Program participants, except the elderly or disabled, must also be enrolled in the Moving to Work (MTW) program.
There are four ways to apply during the opening period:
Once the paper application has been completed, it must be emailed, mailed or faxed to the DSHA. Any applications received after March 18, 2022 will be returned.
This waiting list has the following preferences:
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
