The DSHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of July 1, 2017, until March 18, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
Please note: Program participants, except the elderly or disabled, must also be enrolled in the Moving to Work (MTW) program.

Once the paper application was completed, it was either emailed, mailed or faxed to the DSHA. Any applications received after March 18, 2022 will be returned.
