Diamond Oaks Apartments

The Sarasota Housing Authority (SHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for Janie's Garden, Lofts on Lemon, King Stone and Diamond Oaks Apartments from November 13, 2023, until November 16, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Janies Garden located in Sarasota FL.
• Lofts on Lemon located in Sarasota, FL.
• King Stone located in Sarasota, FL.
• Diamond Oaks located in Sarasota, FL.

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open,

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be:

1. Mailed to the Sarasota Housing Authority.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Local Preference
• Elderly/Disabled
• Active PH applicant at time of HCV application

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
