The HADC is accepting applications for this waiting list from November 22, 2021 at 8:00 am ET, until further notice.

Please note: According to the HADC, "To be eligible, all members of your household must be 62 years of age or older."

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

Ashford Landing is an affordable 117-unit mid-rise apartment community that was built in 2009. Specifically designed for independent seniors (age 62+), the community is situated in the Brookleigh mixed-income development in the City of Brookhaven in North DeKalb County. The community is next to Blackburn Park and the PATH, within walking distance of shopping and close to medical facilities and public transportation. Ashford Landing offers a variety of floor plans.

Ashford Landing offers a variety of floor plans, including 1-BR/1-BA, 2-BR/1-BA, and 2-BR/2-BA units. Apartment homes range in size from 688 to 1079 square feet. Units are priced affordably.

Apartments features include being fully handicapped accessible, pantry and linen closets, 9-foot ceilings, contemporary appliances, ceiling fans, washer/dryer connections, and emergency response systems. Accessible units feature grab bars and walk-in showers with seats. A range of wellness, educational and other services are provided for residents.
