The site is designated as a Section 8 family complex and offers many amenities, including central air, ceiling fans and privacy patios in each of its one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The site offers on-site laundry facilities, a picnic area with a grill and a playground. The Orlando, an 87-unit apartment complex set in a 7-story building, was originally built in 1913 as the locally famous Hotel Orlando. The property was converted into apartments in 1982. The site is exclusively a Section 8/Senior/Disabled affordable apartment complex and includes 13 handicap-accessible units. Conveniently located, it is within walking distance of stores, restaurants and the city bus. The property offers many amenities, including a community room and a patio.
