Cedar Ridge Elderly offers you all you would expect in apartment living and more. A place to call home for anyone 62 and older or those under the age of 62 who require the features included in an accessible apartment. Your rent is based on your income and occupancy is subject to HUD rules and regulations, including the HUD annual income limits.
Each unit is furnished with an electric range, refrigerator, air conditioner unit, and carpeting. The resident is responsible for utilities. Our two elevator buildings are six stories high with laundry facilities in each building. Buildings are connected by enclosed walkways to the office, mailboxes, library and community room. Our swimming pool with sun deck is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Transportation is available through the Rich Township Senior Wheels Program, and a Social Director is on staff to plan many activities in which residents may elect to participate.
