This newly constructed site features a resident lounge/library, large community room with a fully equipped kitchen and patio, a fitness center, Arts & Crafts activity room, computer room, laundry facilities on every floor, residential parking, on-site management, 24-hour emergency maintenance, Fob access entry system, and video surveillance. We are a 4 story mid-rise building with one and two-bedroom apartments. The apartments feature wall-to-wall carpeting, frost-free refrigerators, electric ranges and dishwashers and a separate storage locker for each apartment. Transportation is easily accessible and within walking distance from the property. We are serviced by PACE and CTA. The Lyons township bus provides weekly shopping trips to various grocers and two shopping mall trips per month to Chicago Ridge and Countryside.
