The Lansing Housing Commission (LHC) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Multiple waiting lists from March 7, 2024, until March 11, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

Woodward Way - located in East Lansing, MI. Offering 1-Bedroom units
Homes and Duplexes - located throughout the City of Lansing. Offering 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom units.
Stadium North - located in Lansing, MI. Offering 1-Bedroom units
Stadium North Senior - located in Lansing, MI. Offering 1-Bedroom units for seniors 55 and older.

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

Complete the online application.
Apply in person at the LHC office.

250 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
