The Northern Ohio Blanket Mills, located one block south of the Clark Avenue and Fulton Road intersection at 3160 W. 33rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44109.

The supportive service provider will offer programming for primary and mental health care; high quality early childhood education; and job training services to the Blanket Mills’ tenants and the greater Clark-Fulton Community. The former manufacturing building will include a mix of one, two- and three-bedroom units available to those in the community with incomes of 60% of the Area Median Income
