Eagle Creek is a 34 apartment mid-ride located near the heart of downtown Hubbard. The apartments are designed to house elderly persons age 62 years of age and better. Rent is based on income. All units are accessible by elevators. utilities are included in the cost of rent. Coin operated laundry and community room located on-site. Additional charges may apply for excess electric usage for air conditioners and freezers. An additional pet deposit of $300.00 is required for any household wishing to have a pet. Veterinarian records must be provided prior to the pet being brought onto the property. A $50.00 deposit is required before the pet is permitted on the property. Tenants are permitted to make monthly payments until the entire deposit is paid in full. A minimum payment of $10.00 per month is required.
Because Eagle Creek participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for persons at or below 60% of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower. As this property appears not to have a project-based subsidy or any other Federal assistance, you likely will have to pay your own rent, albeit, at a lower rent amount thanks to the HOME program. Since this property participates in the HOME program, the property is required to accept Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.
