Brentwood Manor, located in Redmond Oregon, has eight beautiful 1 bedroom, subsidized apartments. Monthly rents are based on household income and at least 1 person must be 62 years of age, or older. We do participate in the affordable housing program, so applicants must have income within certain limits to qualify.
To meet HUDs Income Targeting requirements, 40% of the assisted units that become available for occupancy within the fiscal year must be rented to extremely low-income households (30%). To ensure compliance with this regulation, EPIC will select only extremely low-income households, in chronological order, from the Waiting List until the 40% target is met.
