Woodland Manor Apartments is a section 8 multifamily housing community located in Bethlehem’s Historic West side. We are conveniently located in near main points of interest, public transportation, and local shopping.

The community offers 2, 3, and 4 bedroom townhomes all with separate entrances and private parking. All of the townhomes come standard with newer central air conditioning and heating, modern kitchen including newer cabinets and countertops, and wall to wall carpeting on the second floor. There is 24hr laundry room with 10 washers and 10 dryers and 1 Heavy-duty washer.

Woodland Manor Apartments is professionally managed by Property Management, Inc. There is an on-site management staff available through the entire renting process, from application to lease signing. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted income therefore income limits apply.

Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance

Since this property has a Project-Based Section 8 contract with HUD, some or all of the rents at this community are based on tenant incomes. Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance tenants will make a monthly contribution toward rent equal to 30% of their adjusted income.
