The community features a pool with clubhouse, basketball court, and tennis court which extend over 25 serene acres. We also provide laundry facilities, on-site management, off road parking, and 24 hour emergency maintenance.

Woodland Apartments residences feature homes for many lifestyles. One and two bedroom apartment homes and two-level townhouses feature spacious floor plans, walk-in closets, ample storage, full kitchens with separate dining areas, private patios and balconies.

Woodland Apartments also includes an elderly building of 126 one and two bedroom apartment homes. Residents must be 62 years or older or disabled. In addition to the community features listed above, the elderly/disabled building has elevators, an intercom and camera system, and controlled building access. Amenities include a large community room, billiards room, hair salon, computer room, and sitting room on each floor.

Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance

Since this property has a Project-Based Section 8 contract with HUD, some or all of the rents at this community are based on tenant incomes. Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance tenants will make a monthly contribution toward rent equal to 30% of their adjusted income. There is a minimum tenant contribution of $25 for all rents at this property regardless of tenant income.
