Each of the four two-story buildings offers separate entries, private patios and parking. There is a large community room for all residents' use, as well as laundry facilities on site. Shopping of every kind is nearby, and the city center is less than two miles away. The property is on a local bus route. Cherry Hill Apartments are income-restricted; all rents are subsidized through the Section 8 program, and include utilities. Professional management, including 24-hour emergency response, is provided by Preservation Housing Management (PHM).
