About Cherry Hill Apartments

The Cherry Hill Apartments campus, although just off a major roadway, offers a tranquil setting amidst beautifully planted grounds. Each of the four two-story buildings offers separate entries, private patios and parking. There is a large community room for all residents' use, as well as laundry facilities on site. Shopping of every kind is nearby, and the city center is less than two miles away. The property is on a local bus route. Cherry Hill Apartments are income-restricted; all rents are subsidized through the Section 8 program, and include utilities. Professional management, including 24-hour emergency response, is provided by Preservation Housing Management (PHM).

Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance

Since this property has a Project-Based Section 8 contract with HUD, some or all of the rents at this community are based on tenant incomes. Section 8 Project-Based Rental Assistance tenants will make a monthly contribution toward rent equal to 30% of their adjusted income. There is a minimum tenant contribution of $25 for all rents at this property regardless of tenant income.
