Beltline Courts

The Gaffney Housing Authority (GHA) last accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for Limestone Courts, Granard Courts, Beltline Courts and Colonial Heights Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 29, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Limestone Courts
• Granard Courts 
• Beltline Courts
• Colonial Heights

To apply while the waitlist was open: applicants were required to pick up an application at the GHA office.

Once the application was completed, it was to be: hand delivered to the GHA office.

Preferences have not been confirmed.
